In addition we ship parts normally the same day they are ordered and provide detailed instruction manuals on how to perform routine maintenance and most troubleshooting repairs. Each summer INOV8 performs burner repair and reconditioning based on the age and/or hours on your burner. Technical updates are also available. All heating appliances sold in the United States and Canada must have third party testing and certification that the equipment meets current applicable safety standards. INOV8 used the Intertek ETL-Semko test agency for certifying all INOV8 manufactured products. The current certification can be seen on the Intertek website at: http://www.intertek.com.
