INOV8 provides technical support 12 hours of each week day during the heating season.  In addition we ship parts normally the same day they are ordered and provide detailed instruction manuals on how to perform routine maintenance and most troubleshooting repairs.  The instruction manuals for our products can be downloaded on the bottom of each product's page.  Most parts are available from this website or by calling INOV8 directly.  Listed below are documents that provide additional information on adjustments and trouble shooting steps and replacement of parts. 

 

New in Spring 2015 - Boiler Performance in Review

Each summer INOV8 performs burner repair and reconditioning based on the age and/or hours on your burner.  Technical updates are also available.  If you are interested in a burner reconditioning, please click on the link below to access and print the form that identifies your preferences.  That form must accompany the burner.

All heating appliances sold in the United States and Canada must have third party testing and certification that the equipment meets current applicable safety standards.  INOV8 used the Intertek ETL-Semko test agency for certifying all INOV8 manufactured products.  The current certification can be seen on the Intertek website at: http://www.intertek.com.  A list of the certifications can be found at this link:
