The unique design of the model F450 waste oil furnace addresses two of the main challenges the industry has faced with cabinet fatigue and energy loss caused by the heat transfer in-efficiency. In the model F450 the heat exchanger sections expand independently to accommodate the extreme varying temperatures that can destroy the steel in a furnace. These heat exchanger sections are vertically arranged so that ash that typically builds up inside the heat exchanger is sloughed off and accumulates on the bottom of the furnace. The ash on the bottom does not interfere with the heat transferring to the air for the highest efficiency possible with an oil burning furnace. The burner mounts on top of the furnace and fires downward. The ash on the bottom of the combustion chamber is easy to remove through access panels. The INOV8 S200 Waste Oil Burner used on this furnace provides the same SAFE, CLEAN and RELIABLE features as all INOV8 waste oil burning products.
The INOV8 model F450 furnace includes:
- The cabinet with a squirrel cage blower, model S200 multi-fuel burner, barometric damper, floating pick-up assembly (which includes a check valve, in-line filter, tank fitting, piping & a float device on the oil line), 120 volt wall thermostat, hanging brackets & bolts, automatic cleanout needle, and an automatic vent system.
- If purchased, the optional INOV8 300-gallon waste oil storage tank supports the furnace at the required 8 feet. The tank has 4 top ( three 2" openings and one 3" opening) and two 3/4" bottom openings and includes a complete oil supply & return line, oil level gauge, furnace support stands, and a specially designed settling area inside the tank to prevent stirring up water and sludge on the bottom of the oil supply. The INOV8 waste oil tank is listed to UL80 and CAN/ULC-S602-03.
- The warranty provides two years on parts and ten years limited warranty on the heat exchanger and cabinet. This product is fully tested and listed by Intertek ETL-Semko to latest safety standards in the United States and Canada - specifically to UL296A and CSA B140.0-03, B140.4-04 and B140.2.1-M90.
