The unique design of the model F240 furnace addresses two of the main challenges the industry has faced with cabinet fatigue and loss caused by the heat transfer inefficiency. The heat exchanger sections expand independently to accommodate the extreme varying temperatures that can destroy the steel in a furnace. The aluminized steel construction protects against the corrosive tendency of the ash and is the best heat transfer steel available. The cabinet has a blue powder-coat finish for long-lasting durability and appearance and is designed to accommodate cleaning with a hinged clean-out panel located above the burner. This popular size furnace is great for any space and when mounted on an INOV8 waste oil storage tank has a small footprint and allows for an easy and fast installation. All that’s needed to complete the installation is the chimney, electrical connection and compressed air line.
This Waste Oil Furnace can be paired with INOV8's gas-oil combination burner (model G200) that can use as fuel natural gas or propane, waste oil, hydraulic, transmission, gear lube, synthetic oil, mineral spirits, heat transfer oil, airplane fuel, most shop oil, fuel oil, vegetable oil, or other biofuels. It can use gas and oil at the same time by utilizing a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) that monitors two gas valves and two oil valves to accomplish burning both fuels. This is helpful if you don't have enough waste oil or your oil contains water or you want a readily available backup heater.
