INOV8 has a program to restore your INOV8 waste oil burner to "good condition" even if it's in pieces like the one in the photo. We take the burner apart and thoroughly clean all components inside and out, reassemble and test on a cycle timer to simulate normal operation. There are three levels - all based on the age and condition of the burner.
Standard Rebuild - For burners up to five years the standard rebuild is recommended. The "standard" includes a new vapor eliminator filter, VE oring, washers, nozzle & spinner, needle, pump rebuild, along with a full cleaning, testing and calibrating settings.
Standard Plus Rebuild - For burners five years to 10 or 10,000 hours, this program includes everything in the standard in addition to replacing the heating element, Bimba cylinder and flame retention head.
Deluxe Rebuild - If the burner is in poor condition or 10 years and older, we recommend the Deluxe Burner Rebuild. Several parts that make up the module are now obsolete. The module is replaced with a new one that contains all new parts and the latest technology. The burner is fully cleaned and the same parts are replaced on the burner: the vapor eliminator filter, o-ring and washer, the flame retention head, and the pump is rebuilt. It is the best value for the money extending the life of your burner for many years.
